In the event of an acute crisis: a priority appointment at your home

Are you or a loved one experiencing muscle stiffness, lumbago, or severe pain? If possible, I’ll do my best to make myself available as soon as possible for a rapid response directly at your home. The goal is to immediately relieve severe physical tension, ease pain-related stress, and help the person regain greater mobility.

Do you have your own portable massage table?

If you have a table at home, this unlocks my full range of treatments. I can then perform all my therapeutic, sports, or relaxing massages (such as Swedish massage or Lomi Lomi) at your home, as well as the rest of my treatments (listed below).

After the session, you won’t have the stress of getting back in the car or taking public transportation.

The Dorn Method: Relieving Back Pain and Sciatic Tension

The Dorn Method is a gentle joint therapy, ideal when the lower back is stiff or sciatic tension becomes painful. This treatment consists of two simple steps using items you have on hand:

The first part is done standing up: we use a stable surface, such as a kitchen table or a desk.
The second part is done lying on your back: a bed or sofa (preferably without armrests so I can mobilize your legs) works perfectly.

Reboutologie®: Treating Severe Sprains and Deep Blockages

In the event of a sudden awkward movement or a severe sprain, pain and swelling can cause the joint to freeze up. If there is no confirmed fracture, Reboutologie® allows me to work directly on the affected area—even if it’s swollen—with your consent. Through specific friction and pressure points applied to ligaments, tendons, and nerves, this method helps reduce tissue congestion, release local blockages, and restore circulation. It provides powerful support for alleviating the intensity of the acute episode and accelerating recovery. This treatment is performed on a chair, bed, or sofa.

A tailored, deep-tissue treatment to soothe the nervous system and stimulate venous return (ideal for seniors, those with heavy legs, or as a complementary therapy for serious medical conditions). No special setup is required for this treatment: the client simply settles into their usual chair, sofa, or bed, and I sit facing their feet.

I’ll come to your home for a 60-minute seated massage session.

Performed on a professional ergonomic chair that I bring with me, this comprehensive upper-body treatment (back, neck, shoulders, head, arms, forearms, and hands if desired) is tailored to your recovery needs:

Clothed massage, without oil: Inspired by traditional Japanese massage techniques (Shiatsu), this massage is performed through your clothing. Ideal for a quick, effective and hassle-free relaxation break.
Oil massage, on the skin: For even deeper muscle relaxation, this treatment can be performed directly on the skin of the upper body, combining the smooth glide of massage oils with the effectiveness of the seated position.

(I massage the forearms with a homemade, non-greasy, 100% natural cream made with essential oils.)
