Performed right in an ergonomic chair—with no need to undress—seated massage (Amma) offers an effective way to unwind without disrupting your teams’ schedules.

An Experience That Makes a Difference

In addition to my private practice, I also teach seated massage at the École Club Migros and have been providing it in corporate settings for many years. This extensive experience as both an instructor and a practitioner allows me to better understand each person’s needs and target precisely where the tension lies.

Two formats to suit your teams’ needs

The 15-minute session is generally the most popular choice among Geneva-based companies. Quick, fluid, and effective, it’s easy to schedule during a coffee break or after a big meeting and fits seamlessly into a busy day. For older or chronic muscle tension, the 30-minute session is better suited for providing deep relief.

Every employee experiences stress differently. In the field, I can easily identify areas of tension so I can instantly adjust the pressure and my movements. My techniques primarily target the areas strained by computer work: the upper back, the neck, and the forearms and hands, which are often overused by the mouse and keyboard.

Offering your employees this moment of relaxation is a simple and practical way to create a healthier work environment that respects everyone’s well-being.

Duration, Rates, and Practical Details in Geneva

I come directly to your offices in Geneva with all the necessary equipment (ergonomic chair and disposable hygiene covers). Your employees simply need to take a seat.

• 15-Minutes Session: For a minimum of 6 people, the cost is 30 CHF per employee (excluding a few minutes’ break for chair disinfection, wipes, and a quick assessment at the start, which are not counted or billed).

• 30-Minutes Session: For smaller organizations, I’ll come to your location for groups of 3 or more people, at a rate of 60 CHF per employee.

A professional invoice is always issued for your accounting records or workplace health programs.

As a practitioner registered in the Geneva Cantonal Medical Officer’s registry of complementary therapies, I am legally bound by professional confidentiality. Whether I am working in small and medium-sized businesses or in the highly regulated finance and legal sectors, I guarantee absolute discretion. This applies not only to the health of your employees but also to the complete confidentiality of your premises and the professional information held there.

Please note: For specific contexts or special events, seated massage can also be performed using oil (with the upper body uncovered). In this case as well, respect for privacy and strict professional ethics apply. Please feel free to discuss this with me if you are interested in this approach.

After-Work Package: The “Aperitif-Massage” Activity

Are you organizing a cocktail party or a festive event at your office for your teams? Add a unique activity to the mix.

The concept is simple: your employees enjoy a social gathering (with drinks and food provided by you), while each person takes turns sitting in my ergonomic chair. As a massage instructor (notably at the École Club Migros), I’ve tailored this treatment to be effective in a short amount of time.

• Format: A 15-minute individual session per person.

• Price: 30.- CHF per participant (travel to Geneva and equipment included, with an invoice issued to the company).

• Capacity: Ideal for groups of up to 16 people.

A simple format that allows everyone to relax at their own pace, enjoy the atmosphere, and return to the cocktail reception feeling thoroughly relaxed.
